Basic Features

Regardless of the size of your web site purchase or hosting package*, you receive some basic features. These include the following minimal features.

-o- Basic graphics design as needed to provide your site the look and feel you deserve.*

-o- Five POP email accounts you control. Each capable of multiple alias names.

-o- Minimum 200 MB Disk space allocated based on need. You need more you get more.

-o- Minimum 1,000 MB/Month transfer. This is not a hard limit and your site does not go down if you exceed this limit. We only impose this as a "notice" point so we know who is consuming the most bandwidth. If your site begins to generate a large amount of bandwidth it will trigger an investigation into the cause. This is done because a hack of a program could hijack your web site and cause it to send unwanted emails or other "bad" things you may not even know about. This is a safety and security limit.  We would only impose an additional fee if your bandwidth was really excessive for legitimate traffic. But if this is the case and you are really getting those hits we feel you are happy and don't mind spending a few extra dollars.

-o- Continuous backups of your site on a mirror drive. Offline copy on our office computers and off site backups to a server over a thousand miles distant from the main web server. We are fully redundant with your site and it's data.

-o- Plesk control panel to manage your services online.

-o- Web Server Applications used to build/manage/deliver content to your customers such as:
