Business runs on paper in one form or another. Despite efforts to convert to a paperless society, we have not yet embraced a totally paperless office and for now, many things we need to do require paper forms of one kind or another. Some prime examples are:

Custom Forms come in all types. Of course you can buy off-the-shelf forms to record phone calls etc. you may need something more specific to your business needs. Perhaps you require a three part form for your sales people to record and enter orders. You may need carbonless contract forms or order forms for different services you offer. They will look more professional with your company name and logo imprinted on them. A custom form makes your business look more professional.

Checks. We all need to write at least some checks. Perhaps to pay your employees or to purchase supplies or pay your utility bills. True many of our sources today can debit a credit card or your bank account directly, but unless you use direct deposit or cash you will use checks to pay the help.  We can print your checks and deposit slips.


Letterheads are a business standard. A quality paper with your company information logo says you are proud of your business and its image when you send professional letters.

We can help take your logo to letterhead and have it printed on a quality paper that says you care.


Envelopes are a natural addition to your company letterhead. They should match in image and quality. You may need more than one variety of letter head. For formal correspondence you want a quality paper that is suitable for the type of printer your office uses. It should bear your return address and logo.  If you mail invoices you may choose to order custom printed window envelopes. These can be a simpler paper but with the addition of the window you save a lot of time and labor because you do not have to address these envelopes. The customers address will show through the window making them a no-brainer for billing and form letters.  Window envelopes should not be used for more formal or personal business correspondence.
