Domain Names
If you are here there is probably no need to explain what a domain name is.
If you are going to have a web site you must have a domain name. See the
information section on domain names for more
technical information and some suggestions
on selecting your domain name(s).
We offer domain name registration and management. You don't need to worry
about losing a name because you forgot to update your records with a new
email and did not receive the renewal notice. We take care of this for you
and bill you. No hassle and no worry. We never register our company as the
owner of your domain name. You will always be registered as the legal owner
of your domain. All we do is manage the name for as long as you remain
our customer.
Beware! Some web companies will register your domain for you
then when you have a problem with them you may find out later that they did
so in their own name, making them the legal owner of your web domain. This
is unethical and probably illegal so always make sure, regardless of who
you hire, that your domain is legally your property. Keep receipts and only
pay by credit card so you have immediate recourse through your bank. Check
the WHOIS record to verify the domain
is in your name.
You can check to see if the name you prefer is available by typing it below.
If it is available you can tell us to register it for you here.
CLICK TO REGISTER. Keep in mind that the results
of a domain lookup is not a guarantee that a particular domain is available
to register. Someone may have recently registered it and it may not yet be
in the database of registered names. It is also possible it was registered
and has expired but is being held in reserve for a period of time to allow
the original owner to renew the name. If it is not available you will not
be charged and we will inform you of the fact.
