You can use the pay by check form by clicking the link to the left or you can also fax us the face of your signed check to the above number.

Late payments are subject to a $10 late fee for each month past thirty days. We also reserve the right to charge a finance charge on past due amounts up to the limit allowed by law.

Unpaid invoices may be sent to collection after 90 days past due at which point you will also be legally liable for any costs we incur for collection of said debt. At that point payments must be made to the appointed collection agent. Payments sent to us after an agent has begun collections actions will be returned and interest will continue to accumulate.
